About Jamie

Jamie Troke is the Broker of Record & Owner of Ekort Realty Ltd. Brokerage.
 
Jamie has served two terms as President of the Central Canada CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Organization. The CCIM designation is considered to be the Ph.D. of commercial real estate. In 1993 Jamie was one of only 12 people in all of Canada to receive his CCIM designation and since then has been providing professional commercial real estate services for corporations, institutions, government and the private sector.
 
For the years 2000 and 2001 Jamie was Marketing Chairman for the Ontario East Economic Development Commission. OEEDC is an association of municipalities and affiliates with approximately 80 members in Eastern Ontario. In the years 2002 – 2006 Jamie was elected as a Director of the Quinte & District MLS Board, serving as the Chairman of the Education & Advertising, Program and Membership Committees. He is also a member of the Belleville Chamber of Commerce and BDIA and continues to volunteer and participate in various organizations, events, and charities across the region.

Jamie Troke also owns several commercial and residential buildings in the area and is the Owner of (EPM) Ekort Property Management. He currently has the contract with HPEDSB (Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board) to sell all properties. He is also the Managing Partner and Broker behind Forest Hill Prince Edward County Real Estate, a new branch office in Picton. Jamie is always involved in the community somehow, whether that’s connecting with locals or being behind the growth and development of the City and region through commercial real estate.
